DescriptionI don’t think I ever really decided to become a singer. I think music found me first. I still remember sitting beside my grandma with an old radio playing somewhere in the background. I can’t even remember what song was playing anymore, but I remember how it felt being there with her. She probably had no idea that those little moments would stay with me for so long. As I got older, things changed. Life became a little harder, and somewhere along the way, I became quieter. I started keeping more things to myself. I stopped enjoying being in front of a camera. Even now, I can be really shy about showing my face or putting myself out there. Sometimes it’s easier for me to hide behind a song than to stand in front of people and talk about myself. I know that might sound strange for someone who sings. But when I’m behind a microphone, I feel different. I don’t think so much about how I look or whether people are judging me. I just listen to the music and let myself feel it. There were nights when I couldn’t explain what was going on in my head, so I would sing. Sometimes I would write something and not even know where it came from. Sometimes a lyric would hit a little too close to home. And sometimes I would just sit there listening to a melody because it somehow understood me better than I could explain myself. That’s when I realized that singing wasn’t just something I enjoyed. It was how I expressed the parts of myself I struggled to say out loud. And that has stayed with me. It’s also the reason I care so much about emotion when I sing for someone else. When you give me your song, I don’t want to simply record the words and send them back to you. I want to understand what you’re trying to say. Maybe your song is about someone you miss. Maybe it’s about falling in love. Maybe it’s about heartbreak. Maybe it’s simply a feeling you had one night that you somehow turned into a melody. Whatever it is, I want the vocal to feel like it belongs to the story. I’m still a little shy. I still sometimes hesitate before showing my face. I still have moments where I question myself. But I've learned that I don't have to be the loudest person in the room to have something worth saying. Sometimes a voice can say enough. My grandma gave me those first quiet moments with music without ever knowing what they would become. And now, every time I step behind a microphone, I think about how far those little moments have carried me. So if you’re trusting me with your song, I don’t take [removed] I know what it feels like to have something inside you that you really want someone else to feel. And I’d love to be the voice that helps you say it.

Dreams & AmbitionsMy dream is to keep growing as a singer and create music that feels real. I want to become more confident in my voice, explore different sounds, and keep improving with every song I make. I hope to create music that stays with people long after they hear it something they can relate to, find comfort in, or simply feel deeply. I’m still learning, still finding my sound, and still discovering what my voice can become. I just want to keep singing, keep creating, and one day look back knowing I gave music everything I had.

Lyrics

Had to let you go

Genres: Blues

Verse 1
I still leave the light on by the door
Like you might come home like before
Your coffee cup is where you left it
I touch it sometimes, just to feel something

I hear your voice inside this room
In every silence, every empty tune
I tell myself I'm getting better
Then your memory breaks me all over

Pre-Chorus
And I don't know how to let you go
When you're the only thing I know

Chorus
I miss you in the middle of the night
When nobody's here to see me cry
I hold my pillow like it's you
But it never holds me like you used to

I keep talking to a photograph
Knowing you will never answer back
If loving you is all I have left
Then I'll love you till there's nothing left

Verse 2
I stopped playing our favorite song
It hurts too much when it comes along
There's a little piece of you in everything
And I don't know how to live with that

Your name still sits inside my phone
I never call, but I can't delete it
Funny how someone can be gone
And still be everywhere you look

Pre-Chorus
I wish I could turn back the time
Before goodbye became my goodbye

Chorus
I miss you in the middle of the night
When nobody's here to see me cry
I hold my pillow like it's you
But it never holds me like you used to

I keep talking to a photograph
Knowing you will never answer back
If loving you is all I have left
Then I'll love you till there's nothing left

Bridge
Maybe somewhere you're still listening
Maybe you can hear me whispering
I wish I'd said “I love you” more
I wish I'd held you at that door

Because I didn't know that day
Would be the last time you'd walk away
Now every goodbye feels like a scar
And I still look for you in every car

Final Chorus
I miss you in the middle of the night
And I don't think I'll ever be alright
The world keeps moving like you're not gone
But mine stopped turning when you moved on

So I'll keep your memory close to me
Even when it hurts to breathe
And if there's a place where lost hearts meet
I hope someday you'll wait for me

Outro
Until then, I'll leave the light on by the door...
Just in case I need to dream
That you're coming home.
